I've got to keep a food log of what I actually put in my mouth. Hopefully that accountability will help me snap out of this snack eating.
Breakfast--strawberry frosted mini wheats and milk
Lunch--Hot dog and diet coke from Costco.
Snacks--4 little sugar cookies and a chocolate muffin (EEK!)
but then I've had a ton of water this afternoon. Let's hope I can control it for dinner.
