So, I'm dragging myself out of the depression or slump or grumpies or whatever I've had for a few days, and I realized that until my birthday in December, I'm not eating sugar. None. Nada. I can do it. I have 6 months until that big 40 bday, and won't it be nice to celebrate in a healthier, hopefully skinnier body? I'd like to also avoid white rice, potatoes and flour, but I'm starting with the sugar one, as it's the hardest.
