I've been doing well on the no sugar thing. Unfortunately, I'm still overeating and not really exercising. So, I'm not losing weight.
Yesterday, my dear friend came for dinner, and brought a sugar free cake! I had to eat some, since she made it just for me. I ate way too much.
Having guests here for 3 weeks makes it hard to stick to any kind of plan, but I'm trying.
