I'm happy to report that I exercised 5 days last week. I went to Curves on Tues, Wed, Fri, and Saturday, and yoga on Thursday. Sunday is a day of rest, so I'm taking it off. Let's hope I can keep this up and do some exercise every day next week, too. I'm so tired, though. Let's hope that energy thing kicks in soon.

I'm impressed with your accomplishments!! I was awful about exercising last week although I did eat well--as in healthy.
