Let's get ready to rumble
Only two more days until the 5K, and I'm feeling very scared. I'm afraid my friends will just power on ahead of me and I'll be left walking by myself and then they'll all have to wait for me at the finish. Oh well, I guess if that's the worst I can come up, I should not be so scared, right? I did a 2 1/2 mile walk on Monday, then worked out with weights on Tuesday. Wednesday I did 3 miles on the treadmill, and today went to curves and then yoga. Tomorrow I plan to do another 3 miles to get ready.
