Yesterday while grocery shopping, I came across a package of sugar free candy coated peanut pieces. Like sugar free M&M's. I bought them. I opened them, and I ate the entire package on the way home. What have I said about no willpower? This is a prime example. Just because it's sugar free doesn't mean I should be eating the whole package (two servings) on the 15 minute drive home.
Later that day I had intense gas pain and a bit of the runs. Coincidence? I don't think so.
