I'm doing ok today. I started with a two mile walk on the treadmill. I did do a couple of minutes of jogging in there, but only about a minute at a time, because I'm so out of shape.
And for breakfast I had oatmeal.
For lunch I had a southbeach wrap thing and some mashed potatoes
For a snack I had some m and m's (about 10)and the last of the leftover lemon cake. Not a huge amount. Enough to make me feel like I'd had a treat, but not too terribly much.
For dinner we're having chicken that is in the crockpot, and I don't know what else.
I'm thinking of doing the Weight Watchers Core plan, as I'm not supposed to eat wheat, and that's a pretty strict plan.
