Good for me

Hey, I've done 3 miles 5 times! Really! I'm going for 3 times a week, until it's 5K time. I'm trying to do more jogging, but really, it's still mostly walking for the whole time. I still hate it, though. How do I get over hating it?

Way to go! That is a great accomplishment. When is the 5K? I ran an entire race for the first time in March 07. Then I got pregnant and had a baby. Now I'm getting back in the swing of things. I used to hate running, but now I enjoy it. I like the personal challenge and good feeling at the end. Good luck with your routine!
