Hey, I've done 3 miles 5 times! Really! I'm going for 3 times a week, until it's 5K time. I'm trying to do more jogging, but really, it's still mostly walking for the whole time. I still hate it, though. How do I get over hating it?
I'm a stay at home almost 40 year old mom. I have 5 absolutely wonderful kids. I try hard to keep them happy and entertained, and I somehow have become the "fun planner" of the neighborhood. But my big struggle is with my weight. So, this here is my own personal weight loss blog.
