Where are my endorphins?

One of the many reasons I'm not so fond of exercise--it makes me tired. ugh. I did my three miles this morning, and then for the rest of the day I feel exhausted. Isn't exercise supposed to make you feel good? Where are those endorphins? Aren't you supposed to feel good after exercise? And isn't it supposed to cut your appetite? Tell that to those three chocolate cookies I ate. I seem to be missing the benefits of this exercise. Hmmph.

i get the endorphins, but i totally know what you mean about the appetite. i get hungrier for sure when i'm exercising regularly.

I want to eat everything in sight now that I'm exercising regularly. So I'm trying to keep good things around to eat. Not so easy.
