A 5K in May--Hooray!

Yesterday was the 5K I've been preparing for. I wrote all about it here, if you are interested. I managed to do it in 45 minutes (although it seemed like an eternity) and received no visible injuries, which is good. But the bad thing is, I ate like a pig last night. I guess I felt justified, since I had done such a hard thing and burned so many calories in the run. 4 slices of pizza for lunch and spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner? I don't think I burned off THAT many calories.
