The good news is, I went to WW today and I'm down 4 pounds from last week!
The bad news is, that is not due to healthy eating and exercise. We've had a yucky flu bug at our house over the weekend, and although I didn't ever throw up myself, 5 our of 7 of our family members DID. And so, I haven't been feeling all that well, and haven't really felt so much like eating.
If only I could get sick every weekend, right?
