I'm kind of in a funk. I don't feel sick, but I still feel not right. I'm weak, tired, and haven't exercised in 3 days. I barely have the energy to climb the stairs to do the laundry, so I don't see how I can give it my all on the treadmill. I just want to feel better.
And there's more snow. Which means there will probably be shoveling. Ugh.
I guess it's just the February, post sickness, no significant weight loss blues.
What do you do when you're in a sort of funk?
