It's now been 4 weeks of our Biggest Loser challenge, and I've lost a whopping 5 pounds. My sister, who doesn't have nearly the amount of weight to lose, has already lost 12 pounds in that time. So, I'm a little bit ticked at myself and kind of jealous. But this is going to be my week. Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, and then did arms with weights for 10 more minutes. Today I went to yoga class for an hour, then went to another toning/aerobics class. I could only stay there for about 40 minutes, but I'm pleased that I did both.
Yes, I ate too much over the weekend, and yes, it's going to be hard, but I'm determined to lose more than 2 pounds this week. So, I've got until Saturday morning to do it.
