Lunch-Chicken BLT salad from Wendy's with a scant amount of reduced fat ranch dressing, and 3 of my son's fries.
Then I totally blew it and had a donut. I know. Nowhere in this plan do we see the word donut, but it was there, and I was hungry.
Dinner-spinach quiche, 1/2 of a brat, green beans, green salad and milk.
And I'm hoping to get my stuff done so I can be on the treadmill and watch Biggest Loser.
